Customer service was great. The whole ordering process was confusing because there was no ‘upload photo’ button. I send the picture files later over the customer service chat. The final product looked good but the description was misleading. I thought the photos will be printed/painted directly on the puck. Instead the photos were printed on a label sticker and that label was put on the puck. I can see that the label was cut out with scissors. I could have done that myself. So I was a bit disappointed when I received the final product. As I mentioned, customer service was great, they kept me updated and made and shipped the pucks quickly. Thankful for that.
